Hiranandani Communities has unveiled India’s most expansive private watersports facility, Entartica Seaworld, at its premium coastal township, Hiranandani Sands in Alibaug. Recognised as Maharashtra’s first fully structured watersports centre of its kind, the facility operates through a co-investor model—where Hiranandani Communities retains ownership and licensing of the equipment, and Entartica manages day-to-day operations. This collaboration reflects the Group’s strategic focus on transforming Alibaug into an experiential tourism and real estate destination, moving beyond conventional plug-and-play developments.

Spanning 225 acres in Nagaon, Hiranandani Sands is envisioned as one of Alibaug’s largest mixed-use coastal townships. The newly introduced watersports centre brings professionally curated marine leisure experiences to both residents and visitors, set against the backdrop of a pristine beachfront.

Alibaug is steadily transitioning from a weekend getaway into a year-round residential and investment hotspot, supported by major infrastructure upgrades. Developments such as the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Atal Setu, upcoming coastal highways, the proposed Karanje–Rewas Sea Bridge, the Virar–Alibaug Multimodal Corridor, and the Ro-Ro ferry extension to Revdanda Jetty are set to significantly enhance connectivity. These projects are positioning Alibaug as a premium coastal destination for discerning buyers from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and beyond.

Notably, a substantial portion of the land is earmarked for environmental preservation, including wetlands and forest areas, underscoring the Group’s commitment to sustainable development.

Phase 1, covering approximately 330,000 sq. ft., comprises 480 residential units across four towers, offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences with sea and hill views. This phase, which includes exclusive branded service apartments priced between ₹1 crore and ₹3.5 crore, has been fully sold—demonstrating strong market confidence in the project. Targeted at affluent buyers and investors from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, domestic markets, and NRIs, Phase 1 is slated for completion by 2028.
