Global Peace Honours 2025 a Divyaj Foundation initiative led by Amruta Fadnavis provided one of the year’s most compelling examples of purpose-driven experiential communication, as the Gateway of India beamed in a powerful tribute to the heroes of the 26/11 attacks and the families of victims of the Pahalgam attacks.

The Macro-scale public event, held on November 22nd, garnered considerable notice not just for its emotional resonance, but also for its ambitious creative vision, establishing it as an important case study for professionals in the advertising, marketing, and creative industries.

The ceremony brought together some of the country’s most influential cultural figures. Along with the Deputy CM Eknath Shinde, CM Devendra Fadnavis & his wife and founder of Divyaj Foundation, Amruta Fadnavis, dignitaries from the Ambani family – Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant were present. Shah Rukh Khan took centre stage in a special tribute segment honouring India’s brave hearts, while Vikrant Massey hosted the evening. Tiger Shroff performed a dedicated tribute in the form of a performance, and personalities including Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar and Shankar Mahadevan with his sons joined dignitaries and citizens in paying homage.

The event’s experiential design was created by Jio Creative Labs, which transformed the Gateway of India, an emotionally significant national landmark into a glowing beacon of unity through a lantern-lit tribute that illuminated the Mumbai skyline. At the heart of the initiative was a simple yet profound purpose: ensuring that the courage and sacrifice of India’s martyrs continue to be honoured and remembered.

Reflecting on the conceptualisation, Aditya Bhat, Head of Jio Creative Labs, said, “Our vision was to create an experience that would emotionally move the nation. The Gateway of India carries deep symbolism, and we wanted to reimagine it as a space of hope and collective remembrance. Every creative choice, from the tribute narrative to the visual language to the scripting was crafted to feel authentic, immersive and universally resonant.”

The awards presented during the event recognised exceptional courage and selfless service, including two special honours: National Valour Honour and Leadership Honour celebrating individuals whose contributions have made a significant impact on the nation. From a marketing and communications standpoint, Global Peace Honours 2025 stands out as a powerful demonstration of how storytelling, symbolism and public emotion can be woven together to create cultural moments that resonate far beyond the event itself.
