Hiranandani Group expands into Senior Housing by developing 1 million square feet with a Project value of Rs 300 crore in Oragadam, Chennai

Hiranandani Communities announced its strategic foray into the burgeoning asset class of premium senior living with the inauguration of ‘Elements’ at Hiranandani Parks, Oragadam, Chennai’s integrated township. The project, which will cover 4.5 acres and has a development potential of 1 million square feet, will include 400 units that will be built in two phases. Each property would be a tastefully constructed 2 BHK unit of around 700 sq. ft., priced at ₹60 lakh onwards. The project is expected to cost ₹300 crore in total.
